The GenDigital suite of products was able to offer protection during each of our tested Scenario while also keeping a 100% legitimate accuracy when handling the same legitimate banking portals we maliciously hosted during the Phishing part of the testing.

The suite did rely on Norton Safe Browser built in features for securing users when accessing malicious links, which may put some users off, as ever each user has to make a decision on usability and protection. Altough, it is a Chromium based browser which makes it easier to digest.

As AI assistants go it was the most user friendly approach. When in doubt it would most likely prefer to ask for more context about the submission. While this may mean a slower response rate both in terms of processing and the time invested by the user, its repaid in accuracy of responses.
